The Rehabilitation Code
Rehabilitation for injury victims is crucial and embodied within a document known as the Rehabilitation Code.
The aim of this industry agreement is to ensure that Claimants are given access to Defendant-funded rehabilitation services to improve the recovery outcome. This may involve an assessment being carried out by a rehabilitation agency. This is known as an Initial Needs Assessment and the purpose of it is to identify any treatment needs which should be funded.
