The Practice is delighted to announce that Marc Folgate has had his accreditation renewed by the Law Society to 2022. Marc is a member of the nationally recognised Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel which demonstrates Folgate Legal’s commitment to providing expert advice on personal injury issues. The panel can only be joined by lawyers who can demonstrate the required experience in their field of practice.
Marc has been undertaking personal injury and clinical negligence claims for over 25 years now. In that time he has participated in a 10-day High Court assessment of damages in a brain injury claim. He has also represented a Claimant in the Court of Appeal. Several of his cases are featured in law reports including a brain injury approval award and a settlement for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
Experienced Law Society assessors thoroughly check and review applications against the scheme’s competence criteria before awarding the accreditations. Re-accreditation is strictly enforced every 3 years as this is the only way clients may be assured members of the Personal Injury Accreditation are up to date with changes in the law, practise and procedure. By instructing a lawyer who belongs to the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel you can be assured that you have a specialist advising you.
